Daylight Savungs Time

I will patch all of the Operatinfg Ssytems in our organization.We have mostly XP with SP2 and Windows 2003 Servers.

I am presently running Domino Server 7.0 and the clients are 7.0.2. Is there a version that will cleanup all of the daylight Savings Time Issues. If I upgrade the server and the clients to 7.0.2 FP1, will that solve the Domino issue?
