Date format - New email

Good morning,

A user wants to change the date format in his mailbox.

Now,all mails have the format dd/mm/yyyy.

He wants to change this to yyyy/mm/dd.

I tried to change the regional settings in windows, but this does not change a thing.

Any idea’s how I can accomplish this?
