I have problem with one of my user database. His database is corrupted. I already search in forum with the same case and notification. Most of them using fixup, updall, and compact to solve.
But all of it does not solve this database. still corrupt. When I fixup it, no error. But still corrupt.
When I compact, below message is shown : **** DbMarkCorruptAgain(Bucket is corrupt), DB=E:\Lotus\Domino\data\mail\safrudin.nsf TID=[075C:0002-0D1C] File=dbbktbuf.c Line=845 ***
When I updall also get an error that says database is corrupt.
Any body have idea how to solve or rescue this database ? Please.

hi
I assume your Db is in R5 or R6 format. you may try to create a replica of the users mailbox on his computer.
if that does not work, you have to restore it from your backups.
I had actually came across an article on it some time back explaining the reason for such errors and below is their explanation " …a possible cause for the error in this case was that a third-party application had altered the physical location of the database on the hard disk, resulting in the Record Relocation Vector table being incorrect and the information not being located.".

i tried to compact -c but did not work.
i restored already with his last 2 week database. but does not work. so strange to me, because the error was last thursday, but when i restored with last 2 week database, still error also… any idea ?
is there any way to create a new database for him without create new users ? just replace current database…?

Hope you are using the compact -c option ? please remove the DB to any other non-domino drive / folder and then use this option to compact from the OS Command Prompt.
