We have just Upgraded all of our Servers for a couple of reasons, the main one being that the Cert.id file got corrupted and there wasn’t a backup

The problem now is that some of the databases form the old system have ACL entries in them that mean that NO-ONE form the new system can access them (and the old system is totally gone), this includes Admins.

We simply get a message stating

“You are not Authorized to perform that operation”

Anyone know how we can fix this problem?

We can still access some of the files via the Web but we need to edit them and also add the new users to them.

Subject: Database Access

If you put yourself into the Full Access Admin field in the server document, you’ll then be able to use that feature (use the administration menu in the admin client).

If the field is currently unpopulated, the server will need a reboot for the change to take effect.

I have just tried that (And rebooted the Server) unfortunatly I still get access Denied.

Could it be because the Server names have changed as well?
