Out of office is no bug - it’s working exactly the way it was designed to do. Please remember this is DAMO (Domino Access for Microsoft Outlook), so this only allows Outlook to access a Domino server. However, you can use the same client to access other mail servers too, just like the ISP server and its POP3 mail.
If you configure Domino’s out of office agent then this will run on the Domino server and obviously only act on messages received by the Domino server. This is a Domino-only feature.
Your ISP might or might not have a similar feature, which you might need to enable while accessing the ISP’s web site.
It is just the same as when using a Notes client, which also can be configured to retrieve POP3 (ISP) email … still, the Domino server’s agents won’t act on your local mail.
Sarah, till now what I experience with DAMO is that everything what is not Domino related, is not working properly. so when it’s not set up at the domino server, it’s not working. P.
