Cursor position fails to move on while you type

The problem is related to the Eclipse based LotusScript editor in DDE. A good description has already been provided by Jo Willems on 2009-10-29, so I’m not going to repeat that here. It has not been fixed with 8.5.2.

Jo’s post appears to be unresponded. Also I did not find anything related in the Knowledge Base, nor on IBM Lotus’ support pages. Hence my questions:

  • Has that issue ever made it into the development team’s bug tracking?

  • Is there a workaround maybe?

[Edit] Forgot to mention that the Eclipse based LotusScript editor is a huge step forward in terms of productivity. After having used it for about two months now, I can’t believe we ever had to code without it :slight_smile: Great job!
