CRM solutions recommendations

Hi,

We are in the process of searching for a CRM solution. The company I work for is a medium size company searching for an off the self, easiy to deploy solution which integrates with Notes mail\calendar. Most solutions out there seem to tie in with MS Exchange (or use a 3rd party plug in to tie with Notes … but typically those types of plug-ins are buggy one way or the other).

I am trying to get an idea of what other Notes shops out there are using and how they integrate with mail\calendar.

We are located in Ontario, Canada … so solutions with local presense would be best.

Your recommendations and thoughts are appreciated.

I recommend a solution from the danish company i-seven (http://www.i-seven.com).

It looks great, got the features, and is fast.

The name of the product is i-Sales.
