I have 2 servers and both the servers have their own names.nsf. Now I want them to be replicas of each other. How can I do that. I know how to create a replica of an existing file but dont know how to create replicas of already exisiting files.

Subject: Creating Replicas of already existing Databases
Do the databases have identical data? If so, then you can create a new replica (say, on your local machine) of one of the databases, shut the ‘other’ server down, delete the names.nsf file there and then move the local replica to that server. Restart the server and you should be fine.
If the data are not the same, then you will have to get all of the data from one DB into the other thend proceed as mentioned above.
