To whom it may conern,
Appreciate if anyone out there could give some advise on the followings:
I have created a new form(named as “payment”) in this module call “Purhcase”. Actually it is
a ADD in to this module “Purchase”.
- And in this module Purchase, it consist of many other forms. Not to mention all, I would just take 2 forms as an example.
Call it as “report” and “items”.

And it works this way. User can create new reports call “ABC” from “report” in their respective lotus client. Once created, if I highlighted it and create a new entries in “items”, this new form would be allocated as the new sub form (clicked “save” button)under the report, ABC, as mentioned above.

I apply the same method to the “payment” form that I have created. However, I can’t see
the new entries(new form) appear as the sub under the report, “ABC”. In fact, I can’t even find the new payment form
once I have enter all entries and click save button. It disappeared totally.
Pls kindly advise me what must be done for point (3) to work like point (2)?
How come when user created new form and clicked save, this form is totally gone and no
idea where it has gone to?
