Creating a XMLDOM object in OS/400

Hi,

I have an scheduled agent.In the scheduled agent, i am invoking MS XMLDOM parser.

Set objDoc = CreateObject("Microsoft.XMLDOM")

This code works fine in our customer’s servers which use Windows as its operating system. Now, our customer uses AS/400 machine (servers) with OS/400 as the Operating system.The xmldom creation code fails in that particular machine.

Can you please suggest any possible solution for the below mentioned questions.

1.which parser to use ? and

2.How to invoke the parser using Lotusscript ?

Subject: creating a XMLDOM object in OS/400

Either write your own (light weight) parser in lotusscript or you re-write the agent in java and use a standard java package to process with your xml.
