Currently we do not have a capability to send iCalendar to make you the organizer of a meeting since our iCalendar engine is worked around workflow and if Domino is the organizer we assume that it is already on your Domino calendar. This is not the first attempt to do this and we might want to revisit the solution. There are some security questions about external iCalendar putting a meeting onto your calendar with you as the chair, but certainly for the import case that seems it could be handled.
In the meantime, you are best to use some agent to create the meeting on your calendar.
