You can achieve this by creating an agent using Simple Actions .
Choose Simple Action in agent programming pane.
click on add action
in Add Action Dlgbox select Action as “Reply to Sender” and add the Auto Message in “Reply with Follwing Message” textarea field you can specify whether reply should be sent only to sender or all other people in To/cc list also.
save and close u r agent
Create a button on the form and call the above created agent by using @command([toolsrunmacro]) or rungent command if u r using R6.x

You could create multiple templates emails, and then just choose them from the list and have them automatically pasted in.
