We have some users where the design on some local databases is becomming corrupt. A couple of examples are the mail opens in the calendar and mail is unavailable from the blue drop down box in the top left, and another is the personal address book works if you click A, B, or C, but if you click D, it sorts on surnames beginning U!? Weird… well thats Notes… Its easy enough to delete and recreate the replicas when the users are in the office, but when theyre dialled in, asking them to create a 1Gb replica of their mail file over a 56K modem wont best please them. Anyone seen this? Is there an easier way in 6.5 rather than re-creating replicas?

I had a similar issue with the Mail Picker not displaying for one user and another user having two windows open when clicking on the mail bookmark.
To resolve the matter, I indexed the bookmark.nsf file, and did a search by the name of their mail file ‘ANOther.nsf’. Deleting the entries was all that was required to resolve these issues.

Try refreshing the database design. That is “only” about 13MB data (max). But it may not discover the corrupted design notes.

Having the same problem, and the design refresh is not working. In fact, had the MailFS to the point that I couldn’t even open it in designer.
Keep getting “non existant content” type of message.

I can open on other workstations fine, just on one particular.
Recreated cache.ndk just in case.
