I have been creating a form that computes a list. The way it works now is it takes data from a view and creates a list in the form. This list can vary in size, and it’s formatted so that it displays properly.
I have tried making one field to format all of the data, but it seems like it may be difficult to come up with a field that will return a consistent format.
The end result I am looking for is a situation in which a form is open, a name is selected from a drop down menu and then, you hit a button, and it sends a memo to the person whos name is selected.
The problem I am running into right now is passing this list on. I’m sure there must be a way, but I havn’t found out how to copy the contents of the current form into the body of the memo. Just copying the entire document over and sending it would be a very good start.
If anybody could help me with this, I would apreciate it a lot.
