This may be simple, but the program that my company uses in conjunction with Lotus Notes now requires that we copy and paste the entire outgoing message, including the header into Word. We can copy everything under the header line prior to sending the message, but we have to re-open the message after it’s been sent to copy anything above the header line.
Is there an easy way to avoid doing it this way? It seems a bit ridiculous that you couldn’t, but none of us have figured it out yet and we’re having to take a lot of extra steps to do a fairly simple task.
Thanks!

Do a Forward, copy the body, and cancel the new e-mail.

I’m not sure if I understand… I’m referring to an outgoing email that I have composed and need to copy and paste the entire message before sending it. There wouldn’t be an option to forward it since it’s a new memo, right?
Thanks for the ideas so far… keep 'm coming!

When in the message, click on VIEW, Show, Page Source.
Is that what you are looking for?

The “page source” option is greyed out. Any other ideas?

Just Reply with History or Forward the message, copy the entire body minus your signature, then discard the new email. I know, not elegant, but it works.

I’m starting to think I’m the world’s worst communicator… lol
I’m referring to a brand new message that I have just composed and am getting ready to send. Therefore there are no options whatsoever for replying, forwarding, etc.
I really think it just can’t be done.
