Copying address details from excel into personal address book

i have been sent a spreadhseet of over 500 addresses in an excel spreadsheet.the columns are headed

account number

account name

telephone

address line 1

town

post code

is there any way i can copy these details into my personal address book?

i am a standard notes user with no basic designer knowledge
