Converting Domino 6 app to run on Domino 4.6 server?

We upgraded most of our Domino servers to version 6 several months ago, and have been maintaining our applications using the Notes 6 client since then. However, one of our branches is still running Domino 4.6 on their server, and wants to run one of the applications that has been maintained under version 6. The app appears to use only version 4.5 functions, but it won’t run on the version 4.6 server.

Any ideas on how to get an application maintained under version 6 to run on a version 4.6 server?

Also, if you need to replicate between 4.6 and 6 then ensure that designs do not replicate.

I have some R5 agents that behaved similarly.The need there was to load/resave (recompile) everyting on the target client & server.

Here I suspect the same.

It’s fortunately a simple and generally painless process.
