I have a user who has Outlook XP and Notes R6 client. We want to bring over the contacts as they are in Outlook into Lotus Notes. He has a blackberry, so I first got the contacts into the blackberry, and then switched the blackberry sync software to point back to notes and put the contacts from the device into notes, worked good but fields were missing and data was not coming over (he has multiple email addresses for contacts in outlook, etc that did not come across into Notes)
Is there a FREE utility that can bring over data from Outlook into Notes with relative ease?

Notes comes with migration tools for this but you have to install them. I’ve only tried it with Outlook and the address book installed on the same PC as Notes. This is eay to do without having an entire Exchange environment. Once you’re there, go to a DOS prompt and type the command “c:\lotus\notes\Nupgrade.exe 4” and follow the steps in this tech note: http://www-1.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21096483
You don’t need a valid IMAP server, just type something in as you’re not migrating the mail. This will add an EXPORT to NOTES menu option to your Outlook address book that simply transfers your outlook adresses to your Notes PNAB.
