Hi All,

Any possibility to Convert .nsf document content to .pdf file?

If you want to consider a 3rd party utility we have a Lotus Notes Export utility which exports Notes documents and views to the following file formats:* PDF

  • HTML

  • MS-Word

  • MS-Excel

  • MS-Access

  • XML

  • CSV

  • Fixed Width

  • Other character delimited formats

You export all or selected documents in a view or only those documents matching your specified criteria.

File attachments in the Notes documents can also embedded in the generated PDF files.

Exports can also be scheduled if required.

Well, I guess you may convert .nsf document content to .pdf file if you search and find a .nsf supportable pdf converting tool. And besides .nsf file, if the converter allows, you also can convert more document or image file into pdf document.

We usually consider a third party utility to convert pdf to the mentioned image and document files, inclusing raster images jpeg, tiff, png, bmp, gif and documents Micorsoft Excel, Word and even Powerpoint. The Adobe reader mostly used can only convert pdf to limited files with paid license.

You may take a look at this tool as well:

It can be deployed as a Notes toolbar add-on, or can be delivered within your applications (LotusScript API is included).

This converter doesn’t require a client-side installation of a printer driver nor DLL files.
