Currently my company enabled web service in Lotus Notes Domino Server 6.5. I found that when browsing notes database in web page, the notes view can’t be displayed and form layout can’t be displayed correctly.Any conversion program exists that I can set notes database to be opened correctly in notes client and in web browser?

You need to understand what works in both the Notes client and web browser, and what you may to change to work in a browser. There is a whole raft of information in these forums and beyond.
