My client displays the “conversation icon” in the inbox and I can expand the conversations, the client next to me does not. We both have Notes 8.5 client and the same 8.5 template. If I open another mail box the icon displys also for this inbox, if the other client opens my inbox it does not display. I think it has something to do with the Notes client setting, but I cannot find it.
Ideas?

Subject: Yes, tried switching
I have default selected “Individual messages” and I see conversation icons. The other client does not. When switching to “Show conversations” a yellow line states : “You are seeing only latest response for each e-mail Conversation (thread)”. Still no icons.
Update : I tried switching a few times on another client not showing icons, and it seemed like the client was updating something and after a while conversation icons displayed. Still don’t know what made the difference.
