Is there a way to control what databases show up in the Show In Open Database Dialog based on user? In other words, I want everyone in a particular OU to be able to see the database when they use the open database dialog, but not others. Can this be done easily?

You can use just a regular dialoge list and do a bunch of conditional statments for the formula, I typically use this method to create list for the users.
