Can anyone tell me how I can control how authentication from web browser towards our domino server is handled?
Normally, when trying to access a database that requires authentication from a web browser, a popup dialog box will appear asking for your username/password. Since I installed sametime (only the free version) on our domino server, whenever the server needs authentication, a database stcenter.nsf is opened and you have to authenticate through this. Even if I stop sametime, stcenter.nsf will open when authentication is needed.
This has never been a problem until we now installed Traveler on the same server and trying to browse to the /servlet/traveler page with eg an iPhone to get the config. It does not manage to authenticate through stcenter.nsf (it either will spin/reload that page indefinately, or tell that java is needed to load the page).
Can anyone help me to get rid of that stcenter.nsf login stuff so that I get the old popup dialog box back when a user need to authenticate? I can’t just delete stcenter.nsf as it’s required by sametime I guess.
