Consistency Check in progress but not in server task

Hello. I’ve a big problem, I’ve a 10Gb database that for a server crash go in consistency check 4 days ago. The last days I saw the task in the administrator client (consistency check for my database) but today I don’t see the task but if i try to open the DB it shows me always the same message “the db cannot be open becouse a consistency check is in progress”.

How is it possible??

Are you able to check the TASK MANAGER (if Windows) to see if the task is running?

If not can you run the fixup manually?
