Connections External users

I have a installed Connections 7 with Domino. I have our Domino Directory and additional directory for external users, and DA configured. and all sincronized with TDI, I have two folders with the synch functions configured

Until last month everything works fine. last week nobody could authenticate in connections, (I suspect a database problem), but I´m not sure, then I change the authentication directly with the directory, but the users in the second names, can´t authenticate.

Hello

Please open a case with Domino to further evaluate your second directory and confirm the issue you mentioned. Please also state in the case you open the changes you have done in the Domino side to help speed up the process.
