Connections Desktop Outlook-Addin are not displayed

Hello,
We have deployed the Connections Desktop plugin in Kubernetes. In the OWA overview of Outlook, the add-in can also be added and used. There are no problems there.

In the native client "Outlook Microsoft 365" the add-in can be selected under "File" -> "Options" -> "Add-ins" but it is not displayed in the client.

Have I done something wrong here in the configuration? Or is there something that needs to be done by the Outlook admins?
