Connection error in cluster

Keep getting this error in servers:

The primary server is colo01/xxx. The other clustered server is hq01/xxx.

“Error connection to hq01/xxx: The remote server is not a TCPIP host”

All of the cluster functions of the server seem to be working, but this error comes up all of the time.

I checked the connection documents, and they appear correct. Is there any other setting that could cause this?

Subject: Try using Domino Console “Trace” command

From colo01/xxx Domino Console issue command “Trace hq01/xxx” and see what it says… Also can you try pinging hq01 from colo01, maybe the DNS is not resolving properly and needs to be fixed there.
