I have a new server with R6 that I would like to connect to an older server (R5) and be able to open up and replicate select databases. On the R6 machine I set up a connection document that contains the information about the R5 server including the IP address. (The two servers are in different domains at different locations). When I go to try to open a database on the R5 machine from the client on the R6 server, I get a message “Unable to find path to server”. Am I missing some other step I need to take to get these two machines to communicate? On the R5 machine I made a connection document and was able to open a database that is on the R6 machine without this issue.
