Hello,
I have a Domino 14.0 server on Linux with Verse 3.2.0 running fine on it.
I'm trying to configure the POI service accordingly with this documentation : https://help.hcltechsw.com/verse_onprem/3.1/admin/enabling_file_preview_using_domino1202.html
I add the transmute service to the only internet site I have (which is the Traveler one, maybe that is the issue). I enter the transmute manually as it is not available from the list of services.
When I have an e-mail with let's say a PDF file, I do not have the button next to it to preview.

I can only download/delete the file.
What I am missing to get it working?
Thanks,
Mathieu

Hello.
There seems to be no problem with the setting.
However, there is no button for preview. Click on the file name to see a preview.
What happens when you click on a file name?

Hi,
To preview PDF attachments on Verse, you must integrate with HCL Connections. You may check this technote:

You can't preview PDF in VOP at this moment: this is absolutely incredible because it is perhaps the most important type of file!
