Configure Delayed Emails sending?

I use the HCL Notes 14 client and see the option of delayed email sending in all mailin databases. Some users with HCL Notes 12 see this function, others don´t. What client and FP is required to show the delayed sending option for all mailin databases?

Hi.

It seems your mail templates are outdated.

This is available since V10, but mail templates need to be updated to V10 as well.
