Confidentiality text to all emails

I am new to NotesI Need to had a confidentiality test to the bottom of all emails

Can some one help in directing me to some doc’s that would tellme how to do this

Hi there,

Please see this document for appending a disclaimer to outgoing smtp mail:

This only applies to email clients that are set up to send messages to the internet in “Notes rich text format”.

There are other threads on this forum that also have useful information. If you do a search for “disclaimer”, there are 100 or so returns.
