ComputeWithForm not working on Authors field

Dear friends,

I have an agent that creates new documents from a data input file. Here’s a segment of the Script:

Set docNew = db.CreateDocument

With docnew

.form 	= "Project main form"

.ProjectName     = Trim(fncGetFieldFromImport(strFullRecord,strFieldDelim,1) )

.DRSProNo     = Trim(fncGetFieldFromImport(strFullRecord,strFieldDelim,3) )

.Country     = Trim(fncGetFieldFromImport(strFullRecord,strFieldDelim,4) )

.DRSTeam     = Trim(fncGetFieldFromImport(strFullRecord,strFieldDelim,10) )

End With

Call docNew.ComputeWithForm	(True,False)

Call docNew.save (True,True)

Everything computes OK except the Authors field, which is a computed field with a quite complicated value formula based on the contents of the DRSTeam field.

I can’t figure out why it’s not computing correctly. The form name is given, and when I open and save the document manually, it computes correctly.

After a forum search, I found this entry:

Is anyone able to confirm or deny this? If it is true, are there any suggestions as to how to get around this?

Thanks.

Helen.

Did you try ComputeWithForm(True, True)? I’ve had that work in backend agents when ComputeWithForm(True, False) didn’t seem to do anything.

Is this agent run as a scheduled background agent, and if so what rights is it running with?I have the authors fields working with a computwithform but the agent is running with Manager rights as it is generally signed with a server ID.
