I need some help please.
We currently have a combined environment of Domino 5 & 6. We are having problems with disappearing email attachments.
For example: One of our customers sends a message (from a Domino 5 client) which passes from his home server(Domino 5) through to our Domino 6 mail gateway. The message reaches the external domain but the attachment has disappeared. On some occasions the message appears when the recipient attempts to forward or reply to the email.
I do believe it has something to do with the client as I have been able to send a message, from the Domino 5 server, with a Domino 6 client and the attachments are available.
Does anyone have any ideas apart from upgrading the client to Domino 6.
