Dear all expertnormally when we receive a new incoming mail, and all the title will be lable in “red” color(mean unread). but recently i just found out that when i receive a new mail only the astrict simbol “*” is red, and all the title is black.
can you all give me some guidance?

yea. i already try that step. but it still the same
only the astrict simbol is in red and the title remain black color. so are there anyway?
