Collecting spam mails as a list

Good morning,

we would like to know if there is an option to take / collect in one place all incoming e-mails sent to all our users, that are marked as a SPAM and e-mails that users put into their spam folder. We need that list to improve our anti-spam filter on other system.

How the emails are marked as "SPAM" on your environment?

Maybe create a server mail rule that will move the mails to a certain database.
