Clustering - Unable to redirect failover error

I continually get the above message on a pair of clustered servers. Fair enough, but the odd thing about it is the database WEB.NSF does not exist on either cluster server and the document for the database does not exist in the cluster directory.

Any thoughts on where I should look to resolve this server console error?
