I have a rule in my mailfile, trying to move incoming mails to a folder, if subject contains “delivery failure”. I have tried to delete it, regenerate it, but nothing happens. Any ideas? I have tried this both on a xp, vista and os x client. Same thing.
Look a bit closer at the doc properties for a delivery failure messages and you’ll find that the field Subject does not actaully contain the text “delivery failure”. That comes from the NonDelivery Report form. There is not an easy way to do what you want with the stock client mail rules.
