Client interface language defaults back to English in Swedish client

I have a client running Swedish Notes client in Citrix where the interface language suddenly can change to English. I don't think its related to Swedish, could be the same for other languages.

I know that this is controlled by the notes.ini parameter "UserInterface=sv" and I have added this to a desktop policy, and also added this to template notes.ini in C:\ProgramData\HCL\Notes\Data. But still users sometimes gets English interface.

Has anyone ever seen this happen?

I suspect this issue is related to SPR# SANED5HAGT and below is the defect article.

Yes, I also have the problem with spell checking, but I this really the same problem? Its the complete client that changes language. Like changing the setting in image.

A customer gets this, and I cannot reproduce the error
