Help!!!We have upgraded all servers in the domain to 7.0.1FP1 and are in the process of upgrading all clients to 7.0.1 aswell. I have had one of our dev guys create a view in the directory that reflects the server the users are on and the client version using the “clntBld” field for this.
However we have users out there who have definately been upgraded but this info is not being shown in the directory, the fields are blank. We have no errors (or at least I cannot find any!) in AdminP either.
Can anyone tell me what the issue is? Or how the process of filling in this info works?
