Client can only see calendar entries in archive?

I have a client who can only see calendar entries when he opens a mail archive located on the server.

If I open it from my client, it opens fine and I can see all the documents - it is an 11 GB archive.

I deleted his local cache.ndk and also renamed his workspace so they would recreate, but still nothing.

I have fixed up the archive, updated the views, etc. What am I missing?

Ended up being a permissions issue. Somehow the mail file owner was not added to the ACL? Not sure how that happened…
