Hello,
I have a large group of contacts, some of which have multiple email addresses. These are entered in different fields, business, personal, business 2 and so on.
Is it possible to either
a) have notes prompt me which email to use each time rather than have a default or
b) send to all addresses without manually changing the contact information so both addresses are in the same field
