Chinesse caracter, impossible to see

Hello,

I use a french client Lotus Notes release 7.02,my problem is, i cant’ see chinesse caracter, when y receive one i got symbol like this black cross section. Normally i must see symbol like this one 备件部.

Were i can find the good fonts to see chinesse symbols ?

Is it a problem with the fonts or not ?

I think it is your font, but I would add that whenever we do a form where we expect to be displaying multibyte characters we set the field’s font to Default User Interface.

What exactly you should do – I gather this is your inbox, right? – I really don’t know.
