Checking the type of Lotus Notes Application

Dear All,I have a set of around 2000 .nsf files containing various notes applications such as a workflow application, document libraries, team rooms, discussion forums.

I need to come up with an agent that could iterate through each of the nsf file and come up with a report that would categorize the databases by Application Type. Besides it should indicate how the databases are being used (Discussion, Document Library, TeamRoom, etc.) and whether or not a standard notes template was used in developing that database based on the design elements (not based on the name of the template).

Please let me know your views on what approach I can follow.

Its very urgent. Please reply as soon as possible

Subject: Checking the type of Lotus Notes Application

In Administrator, look at the files list, which will show you the filnames of all databases on the server.

You will need to go to Administration Preferences → File Tab (copy ‘template’ over to the available columns becuase it is not there by default). This will show you template name for each database file.

Hope this helps
