You were right. The settings is to be changed in the Configurations document → Router/SMTP - Message Tracking → Message Tracking Collector Settings → Message Tracking Collection interval. Ordinarily, this is set to 15. I have altered this, and changed it to 1.
You seem to be talking about two different things? First you discussed the Notes Client, but you changed a setting in the configuration document for the MTC server addin?
That is precisely what I did. Including a few more changes which seem to go hand in hand with that.
I say “seem” because there is no other way I can explain how the check mail interval settings worked.
It certainly appears to me that the Configuration settings has everything to do with the Lotus Notes client check mail interval settings.
However, I may have been premature to offer that only the mail tracking interval needs to be altered. There are other settings which I worked on, and these are as follows:
POLL_REMOTE_MAILFILE=1 in NOTES.INI in Configuration settings.
