Hi, I'm trying to understand if your framework (https://marketplace.kony.com/items/kony%E2%80%99s-chatbot-framework-0?search=chatbot) is configurable for a traditional Human to Human chat. I read the guide but it only refers to integrations with NPLs technologies. Is there any guide explaining how to do it (if you can)? What do you recommend to do?

This Chatbot framework(https://marketplace.kony.com/items/kony%E2%80%99s-chatbot-framework-0?search=chatbot) helps in integrating Natural Language Understanding capabilities into Kony applications.
It provides out-of-box config driven integrations to Amazon Lex, Microsoft LUIS, Dialogflow V2 and WIT.ai NLP services.
It is more geared towards autobot applications.
Currently it doesn't support Peer-to-Peer/Human-to-Human chat capabilities, as the conversations flow through Kony Fabric Chatbot services and integrated NLP services.
For more details regarding Human-to-Human chat capabilities, please explore Kony DBX Engage(https://www.kony.com/resources/videos/kony-dbx-engage-demo/), which has plethora of capabilities like Personalised Banking solution coupled with Human-to-Human chat support.

If you would further like to explore the Chatbot Framework in Marketplace(https://marketplace.kony.com/items/kony%E2%80%99s-chatbot-framework-0?search=chatbot), it can be downloaded and imported into Kony Visualizer as it is deployed as a Micro App. Please click on the "Contact Us" button on the Marketplace page to get the access and instructions.
Or, if you would like to explore the Kony DBX Engage(https://www.kony.com/resources/videos/kony-dbx-engage-demo/), you can start by clicking on the "Talk to an expert" or "Start for free" buttons available on the page(Top-right corner).

Hi everyone. Engage is not delivered as a fabric or visualizer component but is a separate product sold by Temenos that is used to help create 1-to-1 relationships between users and bank staff. The user downloads a mobile application, selects a Banker, and starts a conversation using a familiar SMS style. Engage is used for servicing, financial advice, and account opening. @Lily Hvwwis Let me know if Engage is something you would like to know more about.
