Chat history not being saved to my mail file

My Sametime preferences are set to save my chat history to my Notes Mail file, but it's not working. I get a status message that it's been saved, but it's not in the Chat History view in the mail file; nor is it in the All Documents view.

I've tried replacing the design with the latest mail template (StdR14Mail), but still no luck.

Mail is set locally, and I'm working in Windows 11 using Notes r14.0.0FP1. The Notes Mail server is Domino r14.0FP3HF9 on Linux 6.1.0-11. The Sametime server is Domino r11.0.1FP6 on Linux 3.10.0.

If anyone has experienced something similar and has any suggestions, they would be appreciated.

Hello.

Try to make sure that the file name of the location document's mail file is correct.
Also, try changing the destination to File instead of an Mail.
