Does anyone have a Chargeback application inplace that is based on mail accounts larger that a specific threshold (eg. 70Mbytes) and possibly ties into your accounting software?
Have you any recommendations for Chargeback software?

I don’t understand your question. Here is why:
If you are going to enforce quotas then you set the max at 70 Mbytes, it will not go over the max. If you did not set any quotas, then you will need to developer the solution yourself. I never heard of this type of software. If you are duplicating what an ISP/ASP is doing then you may want to check that channel as well.

I should have said a soft quota as our mail servers are clustered and quota’s do not work well at 6.5.2 so we have not set the actual quota setting on the mail accounts.Thanks anyways for your response.
