We are currently in the process of migrating from a traditional Windows directory file structure to a ‘Document repository’ in a Lotus Notes database.
At present, we are running Domino 5.0.11 and will soon be upgrading to Domino 6.5. I am wondering if there are any character limitations in database documents, that is, what is the maximum characters that can be used.
We have several files (mainly Word documents)with numerous characters in the file name.
Any advise or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
