We have 2000 users on Domino 8.5.1 server.All the mail files exist on mail folder e.g in the person document of a user with the username test user has Mail File:mail\tuser.nsf.We have decided to create 3 folders namely mail1,mail2 and mail3 and distribute the all the mail files among these three mail folders so that for user “test user” whose mail file now exists in mail2 folder will have mail file location in person document=mail2\tuser.nsf.How do we change mail file location of all the users in person document of the users?If there is some script available then please show the steps to create that script.

Have you tried using the Administrator client’s move to another server action? Just choose the same server as your destination, but change the folder to create the new replica in. Adminp will handle the rest and update the location documents for you once the user checks into his home/mail server.
