Hello Everyone, I am a complete novice when it comes to lotus notes, so please excuse me if I say anything stupid.
All our users are using Notes 5.0.2. Currently the bookmark (front page) on their machine is picked up from the mail server. i.e. When a new version of notes is installed, I would do the following
1. Get the user to login to Lotus Notes,
2. click on FILE, DATABASE, REPLACE DESIGN,
3. select the mail server then select the Bookmark Template for the frontpage.
I am rolling out Lotus Notes 5.0.9 via SMS to 500 users, and I am looking to automate steps two and three above. Can anybody suggest any possible ways to do this. i.e via a notes version of macro maybe?
